Blue Cross Broad Street Run

Congratulations to all of our athletes from the Broad Street Run!  We hope to see you again next year!  Please complete our short satisfaction survey to tell us how we can improve the program.

What's next?!  A half or full marathon of course!  Feel free to join us for the Philadelphia Half/Full Marathon on November 17th!  Registration is currently open at www.acsdetermination.org/philamarathon.  Please contact John Arnao, DetermiNation Event Manager, at 215.985.5360 or john.arnao@cancer.org with any questions.

Join Your American Cancer Society at the 2013 Blue Cross Broad Street Run!

Secure your registration today long before the race lottery opens, which gives you an extended period of time to surpass the $500 fundraising minimum. For your support of the American Cancer Society, each athlete also receives the following amenities:

  • Race race hospitality areas at the Start & Finish for you and your supporters.
    Includes: Bag Check, DetermiNation only Port-A-Potties, lots of great food, and more!
  • VIP packet pickup at the race expo, so no need to wait in line outside!
  • An inspiring pre-race dinner on the eve of the race for you and your family, at Lincoln Financial Field, overlooking the home turf of our very own Philadelphia Eagles!
  • Professional coaching through our network of coaches, either in person or remote, led by Walton Endurance.  Includes weekly group runs, training plans, and several training resources for stretching, core, running form, and more.
  • A personal fundraising mentor who will help you surpass the fundraising minimum, understand how your fundraising dollars impact patients and their families in your local area, and even give you an opportunity to get involved yourself with the mission of the Society.
  • DetermiNation running gear, because everyone loves running gear!

Your registration with DetermiNation is also your registration in the race itself. The individual fundraising goal is $500. Each athlete must fully commit to their fundraising goal before they will be registered in the event.

The team fundraising goal is to raise an average of $500 per athlete, and team fundraising supersedes individual fundaising so consider creating a team! Please read the race registration waiver on the next page carefully.
